Thanks a lot Richard!
I hope to be doing more Mustangs in the near future. There are so many great colour schemes and markings to chose from! One of my personal favourites is the colour scheme worn by Israeli Mustangs. Does anybody know if any aerial victories were made with these? I’d love to do a combat scene with this one.
Too many wings! 😀
Some nice shots there, Trumper. I especially like this one.

No question on my mind:

AWE-SOME
Best looking sim too, by far. Just look at the latest dev updates… gorgeous! 😎
If you’re looking for a hardcore button pusher instead, try Falcon 4.0.
Not precisely what you’re looking for maybe, but surely of interest to others; my Luftwaffe font:

Cheers Andy. Awesome. Razorback P-47s are rare, especially Pacific ones! Interesting colours on this one too (art, kill marks, stripes, red-bordered star&bar)…
Bentwingbomber, I’ve seen the Sea Vixen and B-25 in Red Bull colours – but neither at Duxford. There have been a couple more over the years, I believe. Some may have been only in Austria and didn’t come to the UK (I saw the B-25 in Holland, not sure if it went to the UK too).
A pink T-34 tank in London. Great. That is a real honour to all the Soviet tank crews who fought and died in this machine…
Surely there are better uses for this piece of history?
Two pics of her last summer, during the Farnborough International airshow:

I missed the P-47s. Where was that?
I had no clue any Beauforts still survived, and seeing one being rebuilt to flying condition is a very welcome surprise. Stunning! 🙂
We must be living in the Golden Age of Warbird Resurrection 😀
Don’t you agree?
…must…have…bucket,….can’t…stop…drooling 😀
Awesome machine 😎
I’d rather have a silver Lightning with a Red Bull on the tail, than no Lightning at all. But I do agree that it would be nicer to have a more authentic colour scheme. Well, can’t have everything, I’m afraid. I’m happy enough Red Bull is sponsoring these aircraft 🙂
Thanks again, guys! I nearly forgot about this post!
Aerovet, I absolutely love those little Ryans. And yes, part of that is becayse of the fact that they were used in the Dutch East Indies. Don’t they look gorgeous in silver with orange triangles! But silver with yellow wings is very pretty too! 😀
Great shape, great sound and great to photograph! 🙂
Stieglitz, thanks. The next airshow season I’m intending to make way more photographs than I’ve done this year. Just have to wait half a year for the English monsoon to go away again (if it ever really does)! :p
In the meantime you’ll have to do with my artwork I’m afraid
Please see the link below my signature! 😉
Thanks very much guys! I’m glad you like it! 🙂
