That might be a little premature, Skyraider3D, as the photos were taken in California. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until it actually arrives before rushing off to Duxford.

Good point Mike! 😀 I nearly forgot about that! Well, it’s not winter yet so let’s hope she’ll be shipped to the UK sometime in the next few months. Although I suppose for flight testing the Californian climate is quite preferable this time of year.
Even so, might still go to Duxford… just to nurse my airshow deprivation symptoms… 😉 (…was just browsing through my Flying Legends 2003 slides and realised I haven’t had any of them printed yet! :rolleyes:)

What a fantastic sight! 🙂 Can’t wait to see it myself! In fact, I might not wait till the airshows start again, but visit the museum and hangars at Duxford this winter instead.

Dave, I’m using a Cosina 100-400mm F4.5/6.3. A rather inexpensive lens that produces decent results. I’d love to buy a really professional Canon lens though, but in that case I might just prefer a nice sportscar instead! 😉
