This is in fact the 21st Century, we’re not in the early 19th Century any more, film was utilized extensively in the First World War as a medium for reporting the war and as a tool the Gov. propagandists used for manipulation of public opinion to support the war effort.
Between Wars it was popular to go to the cinema for entertainment and newsreels from across the world, people that hardly ever left their home town could see events happening before their eyes, which years before they were lucky to get a photograph.
As technology moved forward cine cameras enable people to make their own films of Weddings, holidays, sports, in fact anything they chose to catch on film allowing friends & family to share.
Today nearly everyone have the means to film anything, literally anything that happens in front of our eyes. We’re all filmed everyday by CCTV whether we want it or not, you can’t put the genie back in the bottle, the camera never lies they say good or bad it shows reality, the plain truth in living colour…
I can’t see a problem showing actual real world events or cut & pasting written material concerning same, as irrefutable evidence of the event in question, if I took the time to write it all out, would you believe it, I think not.
This is how it is, just cause for some reason you don’t like it, tough! perhaps you’d be happier if it was all put down with emojis…
