Excellant shots , especially the P40 pair , a great ”spot the difference” photo , at a glance they look the same , but when you really look , they are quite different .

Oxcart . Anyone fancy meeting up?

    yeah sure ,
just so you know who I am , I will be wearing a woolie bobble hat , rain coat , shorts and flip flops , with an umbrella under one arm and a tube of sunblock in the other hand , no scrap the sunblock , I will get sunburnt and wear it as a badge of pride .
Where do you suggest meeting ? will you have your cart with you ?

This afternoon saw the 2 Ryans and a yellow mono with fixed undercarraige playing follow my leader over sunny Biggleswade , yesterday’s ariel activities kept waking me up , but I didn’t see anything , boring isn’t it , all this action . :diablo:

    WOW !

F-16 pics are beautiful , as are the Hercy or whatever prop spirals , but please please please , have you any more P -38 pics , it’s just so long since we’ve seen one in Europe , and the red bull example is georgeous .

The last thread to mention the TFC troubles got closed down pretty quickly , I would hate to see this one go the same way , we should keep this one firmly in the realms of fantasy :D.

I too would love to see the Beaufighter in the air , and maybe one of the few Mosquito that are being rebuilt around the world , do you think the CAA would allow one to fly in , or be crated in and reassembled , like this years Fury ?

    I’m sure some early jets wouldn’t upset the purists , Me 262 , Meteor , even Vampire’s , early Mig’s and Sabre’s .
I would love to see a Sea Fury re-enact the dogfight with a Mig , Korea ? wasn’t it ? speed versus handling .

ps. Agree with you all about TFC , desperate to see collection up and flying next year .
