It’s only just starting? I thought it had been in operation by now.

    Obviously not

I think the main reason it will do well is the timing of the flight.

FR currently have 2 rotations, early morning (07:30ish) and late evening (22:00ish).

Aer Lingus are offering as the third daily service from NCL an afternoon flight between the two airports – its a perfect alternative to stupid arrival and departure times with Ryanair.

And if it keeps the flight prices down.. I’m all for it 🙂

BA are definitely a rip-off for a national carrier. What do they do outside London? They do not offer one international route from GLA, a shocking fact for our so called national airline.

    What a pathetic comment…

Fair enough mate, In contrast to Thomas Cook, Thomsonfly and the likes (the airlines who also operate TFS-NCL) the fares are alot higher.

LGKR – your right, a MYT 767 will operate a few flights from March 07

    I know…

NCL-TFS fares on their new 757 services are ridiculous!

On the other hand, flights to ORK, AMS and even KRK now seem very reasonable.

I look forward to trying the airline out next year.

    Well done Jet2

I’m pretty sure a MYT767 is to be operating a few NCL-SFB-NCL flights this winter, so I don’t think these will be going just yet.

Remember most of the old MYT 757’s were ex-Eastern Airlines a/c and were some of the very first off the production line and I’m confident that their 767’s come nowhere close to these in terms of age/cycles.

Nice one, must have been difficult getting Monarch approval after so many have failed?

Olympic Airlines are useless considering they are the countries main airline.

    How? why?

Are they really the countries main airline these days?

    Welcome Andrew :).

As a sidenote… What happened to the days when we used to vote for moderators? All seems to be very hush hush these days…

    Job’s for the boy’s, perhaps?
