IMO, the JH-7A looks rather good too. I like the way it looks more than the J-10.

I like JH-7A too. It stands for PLAAF’s attacking spirit.

This is Insititute 611/CAC’s J-9 project. It started in 1970, quited in 1980, lasted 10 years. J-9 was a failed project,however,by the J9 project, Insititute 611 got rich experience of canard layout and delta wing. I’d like to say J10 is a successor of J-9. Here is a wind tunnel mode of J-9.

I actually think this is a pretty important picture, since it clearly shows the existence of the rear fuselage weapons stations that have been suspecteded for some time, but never before confirmed.

Yeah. This is why I took this picture. It is clear that J10 has 5 fuselage payload pods.

My lovely Hong Kong compatriot: The J10 is located at street corner of the Beijing’s most prosperous Central Business District. It is completely opened to public. Everybody can freely take picture for the J10.

You can’t have a missile sticking out close to an intake. Some distance is needed or it has to be in the back of it. The wave drag produced by the missile should not fall into the intake.

IMO, if the two points under the engine intake is used with missiles, the missile should not protrude significantly ahead of the intake.

SU27 carrying R27 and M2000 carrying MICA by two points under the engine intake, the missiles do protrude significantly ahead of the intake. I saw the pictures but did not save them.
