Friendly reminder gentlemen, don’t forget to name the source of your images (not needed if they have a watermark or other identifier on them already). I’ll be paying attention to this thread a lot closer from the outset this time.
And what exactly makes you presume we are all Gentlemen?
Im definatly a geeezer, but i cant be sure about the rest you lot!:D 😀
Anyways, in addition to what SOC has said above, it would be nice if peeps can add a date and location aswell…..if known of course!
On the copyright issue..
SOC, i have hundreds of unsourced images sitting on my hard drive, that have been passed to me via email from other enthusiasts. And it is almost impossible to know what is safe and which is not to post.
Ive been caught out a couple of times….but how are we to know, when all we are doing, is innocently posting images of rarely seen Air Forces?
OK, thats me piece said, now lets get this thread up to another 2000 posts:)
Banshee, extremely interesting picture of the Liberian aircraft- thanks! (I’m amazed- where do you guys come up with some of this stuff?) Do you have any close-ups of the Liberian birds? I’ve got a Cessna Caravan photo, but stuff from that country is extremely hard to come by. It’s on my short list, along with Sao Tome e Principe, Bhutan, Fiji, Equatorial Guinea MiG-17s, post-WWI Silesia, and anything in early Cape Verdean markings.
Im sure CY24 will agree with me on this, but Photo host sites such as flickr are magical sources. Use translator to search in different languages…and you WILL get the same results.
Dont neglect forums aswell!
And use translator in your search:)

Looks very good in grey… without making any assumptions… is this a refurbished ‘QAA’ or a replacement for ‘QAB’?
Not entirely sure, though the caption did mention refurbishment. The pics were taken during its ferry flight in 2006.
