Haha best comment i’ve read yet!!
*yawn*
Everydays a school day! Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
Metal or wood, if you have a prop strike, engine is treated for shock loading. Pros and cons for both materials however! I’d say the material was the biggest factor in those days – metal was at a premium!
Any new folk reading this which can maybe help out with tornadk parts?! :-0
I dont own a particular F3 Tornado. I have the main panels etc, snd i am planning in making the framework to sit it all in, from scratch. Imm missig some essential panels/seitched & buttons etc. Can you help?
Will just stick to UK sellers. Maybe some aero jumbles etc.
Any new folk with spare Tornado parts to offer? ?
Yeee i agree. I just know how expensive eBay is to sell. I mean straight away you lose 10% as a final value fee, 6% PayPal fee, 20% to the tax man, and 20% to the VAT man, that also assumed you have no employees to pay too. I’d bet you lose 60% on a sale via eBay, which is where i bet most companies sell these things. Guess it looks expensive on the surface, but actually, it isnt that bad. Thanks goodness i dont buy and sell aircraft parts for a living :-s
…i mean, if people are paying a premium from a dealer (assuming buyers can only purchase from dealers, as they are the only people that can get this stuff) folk must really be losing out on money….
I get peoples point, i just cant fathom out that this stuff must have all come crom dealers in the first place, so people must be really losing put on money ?
Would you sell something to the highest bidder?
Also – it’s just occurred to me, that without dealers/traders, none of this stuff would even be available ?
Always happy to pay for things. Yes this is fun, but not so much for traders – they rely on it. Just think its a bit unfair asking people to avoid traders, thats all.
Sure but dealers run a business, and rely on making money…
If there we’re no business’s, none of this stuff would even be available……
To be honest, i’m happy to pay a premium for something, if it’s genuine and nice.
Filling a car up at Tesco costs a premium, but we have to pay it….
