For all your Human Rights are from the the Human Rights Act 1998.

    • the right to life
    • freedom from torture and degrading treatment
    • freedom from slavery and forced labour
    • the right to liberty
    • the right to a fair trial
    • the right not to be punished for something that wasn’t a crime when you did it
    • the right to respect for private and family life
    • freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and freedom to express your beliefs
    • freedom of expression
    • freedom of assembly and association
    • the right to marry and to start a family
    • the right not to be discriminated against in respect of these rights and freedoms
    • the right to peaceful enjoyment of your property
    • the right to an education
    • the right to participate in free elections
    • the right not to be subjected to the death penalty

If any of these rights and freedoms are breached, you have a right to an effective solution in law, even if the breach was by someone in authority, such as, for example, a police officer.

    Hi

Well there is the theory that if there was a big bang, there must also be a big crunch where the universe ends.

Everything we know of is born and then dies, even planets, Suns and galaxys, so why not the universe? Its just a lot longer in time.

Who knows we could have had this converstion a billion times, being born a billion times, each time the universe ends it is reborn and starts again.

However the chances of everything happening the same way if the universe was reborn is highly unlikely but still its an interesting thought

    :confused::D

    Hi,

if we truely beleive that anything is possible and man as a species is quite good at making anything out of anything, then Time travel could well be possible in the future, although I don’t beleive that.

But heres a theory for you. If we now are here at this point in time, you would have to assume that all the other points in time are running simultaneously, right back to when time began or forward to when time ends. Me being here and now, while me of last Sunday at 6:32 is still doing what ever I was doing last Sunday although I can’t see him as hes in a different time.

If this was the case then what ever I’m doing next sunday is also playing out, of course I’d never catch up to me of next sunday because I’d be a week behind all time and a week ahead of the me from last sunday.

In which case 2000 years in the future is also being played out, which means if time travel technology was invented in the future and its happening now because everything is happening at the same time the question is where are all the time travellers… they should be all over the place asking questions, or are they and we just dont know about it :D.

Oh no I’ve gone cross eyed. 😮

Back to Delorian question. I wouldnt want to know if anything above was true or not I’d just get in the time machine and travel back to last Wednesday and stop that heavy book falling on my foot…well it really hurt!!!:D

Of course if i did that there would be no reason to go back and stop the book falling on my foot because I already stop it from happening, but because now I don’t go back to stop it the book will still fall on my foot which would result in a repeating paradox, ho nooooo.

This time travel stuff it to brain hurty I’m going to finish putting my coloured blocks into the the funny shaped holes

    😉

There’s always two sides to a story it’s usually the weaker sides story that loses and the stronger sides that end up in the history books…sadly it been like this forever and will always be, but no matter what those history books say you have to question them as a free minded individual.

What I’m saying is don’t believe everything you read! Watching some of the other news channels available from around the world (not UK or US) to see a different view point is quite eye and mind opening.

The reason the world is in the state its in is because us ‘the people’ just blindly follow and believe what we are told, happy to live in total ignorance of what the truth might be out there, not putting anger side and looking at it logically, no-one wanting to connect the dots and say hang on a minute that’s a bit bloody iffy .

As far as this story goes, I don’t believe one word of it (I laughed when I heard it on the radio) but it is a marvelous piece of propaganda for Obama and if this story was a movie it would certainly be up for an Oscar this year 😀

You’ve got to be kidding 😮

I guess it depend how emotional you are!! personally I never have, I’m more intersted in working out how they made it look like they blew a guys leg off, or how long it took to make a 3d character’s hair bounce you know special effects which these days are much more interesting than the story line.

Completely irrelevant to the thread, but nice to see another Legg online. I also have a Brother Called David Legg, I thought for a minute…. until I saw the Catalina connection, it was him. LOL
