To return to the millionaire Mr Flintoff, while he may have kept his license I`m sure that the £330 fine is really going to hurt him !
Personally I think that once you reach twelve points you should lose your license because lets face it, you don`t go from zero points to twelve in one fell swoop and if you are careless enough to amass twelve points you deserve to lose your license.
If there was no appeal process when you reach twelve points it would be a level playing field for everyone and perhaps people might drive a bit more carefully.
Hi
Details as requested.
RAF MK IVB`s that have been messed around with.
Air Ministry, i sent you a PM.
Thanks for the information, much obliged.
Hi
According to my list, i actually have AH8200 & AH8400 as Balliol (among others).
Thank you for that, much obliged.
Bargains can still be had, i picked up an original Bristol Bulldog manual in a second book shop recently for £25. I’m not really sure what its worth, but i reckon a bit more than that ?
I bid on this in an attempt to get it off the market, but the winning bidder was obviously prepared to pay a fair bit for it which suggests to me that we will now see lots of 1939 dated AM furniture appearing. Two possible buyers immediately spring to mind !
well one things for sure, you won’t get a straight answer out of Mr Vongold !
This is the same seller that was taken to court and made to pay back £10,000 to a buyer he had systematically ripped off. Tells you all you need to know i think.
The latest offering from Vongold, complete with fake Air Ministry stamp !

I certainly will. I already have the mannequin (being a flying clothing collector), the 1154 and the J type switch, i just need to 1155 which is the easier bit to get and i am gradually accumulating the various plugs needed.
Thank you for your help, much appreciated.
Hello Hawker1966, yes I’m sure you have seen it, we are in touch on other groups including FB. I bought my 8090 years ago for about £250 (minus firing button) and managed to pick up a Selectric button in used condition but was always looking to get a better one. It took me the best part of ten years but i managed to get a NOS one in the box recently and so upgraded. Selectric buttons seem very hard to get on their own.
I have two Typhoon grips, one in superb condition and one from a crash with a bit of sympathetic restoration. I haven’t seen a decent grip to buy in a long time.
Hello Tony, that sounds really nice, i don’t think i`ve ever seen very many 8090`s for sale, quite a rare grip ?
