If you bought a lottery ticket, you are paying for the restoration…..and lining Marshalls pocket cus they will get the lions share of the 2.7 million the lottery stumped up.

So the lottery fund effectively are giving money to a business…..is that in the rules.

When (if) the Vulcan XH558 has been restored using lottery (our) money what catagory of insurance is it in and who pays for it. I doubt very much the VOC guys will have any money left. The contractor rebuilding it will have it all by then

I suspect it will be un-flyable because of this…..
