    And Ryanair’s 737-800s don’t have the range to fly DUB-TLV anyway

    According to Boeing’s website, the range of the 738 is 5425 KM. The distance between Dublin and Tel-Aviv is 4040 KM..

    I, as well as the vast majority of the Israelis, seek ways this day to express our anger and disgrace in face of this horrible Jewish terror attack over Israeli citizens, which is just as terrible as any Arab terror attack.

    This man, borned and raised in Israel, is a part of a small insane group with the goal of murder under the cover of Judaism. I am personally secular, but as a Jew I say – these people have no right to call themself Jews. They have broken one extremely important law that according to the bible was written by the very same God which they believe they worship – YOU SHALL NOT MURDER.

    It is under the responsibility of the Israeli society to denunciate this group, and make sure they won’t be able to harm a single human being anymore.
    It is what we expect the Palestinians to do – and that is exactly what we must do as well.

    My heart and thoughts are with the families of the casualties.

    Hmm, thats strange. :confused:

    According to Shlomo Alonis article in Air Power Journal 15 following squadrons operated with Kfir:
    101. First Fighter
    113. Hornet
    109. Valley
    144. Guards of The Arava
    143. Smashing Parrot
    254. Midland

    The “Defenders of the South” never operated the Kfir. They have operated the Mustangs, Mysteres, Skyhawks and now they operate F-16A/B’s.

    Anyway the 144 Sqd. isn’t called “Guards of the Arava” anymore.

    If I would be from Israel, I will restraint myself from such comments. Are you sure that US must to say “a big thaks” to Israel and not vice versa?
