When did Singapore get CFTs, or CFT compatible F-16s? This a recent delivery?

Actually, this aircraft is probably an example from the Peace Carvin II, III or IV programs, in which Singapore recieved F-16C’s and D’s from block 52 (some are ‘+’), which are CFT compatible, just like the Hellenic and Israeli examples.

Because the aircraft shown above doesn’t have the tail-fairing, I’d guess it is indeed from the Peace Carvin IV program, delievered to Singapore between 2003-2004, but I might be wrong. :p

In most of the air forces around the world there are more pilots than operational aircrfats, so the pilots don’t actually have an assigned and specific aircraft.

Maybe the reason IAF pilots are better is because the have to use inferior aircraft and weapons.
