1 737 is doing UK Domestic flights from LHR, alongside a Titan 737. Also an Iberia A320 is doing some of BA’s LHR-MAD flights. This all started a month or two ago, and capacity problems were cited as the reason, however since then they have acquired 4 new A321s, but still continue with these expensively leased aircraft

The A321 are being used for Euorpean routes and to replace the 757s that they returned over the last few Years , nothing to do with the 737 as these are being replaced by the A319s A320s
In total there will be 10 321 , off which 3 will be going to GB airways

It’s enough to bring you out in hot flushes !

I once saw a similar thing happen at a rock festival when a portaloo cleaning operative discharged the entire contents of his tanker truck all over the ground by one accidental flick of the wrong switch.

Ten minutes later the festival goers were diving in the stuff, mistaking it for good honest mud. 😮

    Happy as pigs in SH*** 😀 😀 😀 😀

A quick question….If I was to own an airline, and it was an ex. AA plane how would I change the colour into my colourscheme because I hear it is pretty hard to change the ‘chrome’ colour

I rember a story in a mag about AAL , Im lead to believe that the dont actually paint them , the come out of boeing with the ally polished and then sealed the only part that dose get painted is the Tail ,might be wrong but
    Some one might know different

As usual OneLeft; hit the nail very much so, ont he head. Also, Thanks Keven for your explanations!

What does a “tech” wash onvolve that a normal wash doesn’t?

A Tech wash involves the washing and degreesing the undercarriage, and all flight control sufaces and any part wich is due to be renewed
