Hi mate I can’t find a clear colour picture of the king on his wedding day not one which shows the cap badge . But very good idea .
here is a link to the only other one I can find on the net . same construction just has a pin instead of a slider .I know nothing about these badges . I’m far from an expert. It is listed as RAF officers full dress badge 1918 ?? Thanks for the info 🙂 http://www.google.com.au/imgres?sa=X&rlz=1C1FDUM_enAU472AU472&espv=210&es_sm=93&biw=1366&bih=705&tbm=isch&tbnid=Z2LE2T1stYoqXM%3A&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Fmilitarybadgecollection.com%2F2010%2F11%2F21%2Froyal-flying-corps-royal-air-force-ww1-ww2-cap-badges.htm&docid=7gWxPad2ar2T8M&imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fmilitarybadgecollection.com%2Fwp-content%2Fgallery%2Froyal-air-force-cap-badges%2FMH46%2C%252520RAF%252520full%252520dress%252520officers%252520badge%2C%252520cast%2C%25252038%252520x%25252049mm%252520(1).JPG&w=314&h=400&ei=UObvUuzxHoSolQXm2IDYDg&zoom=1&ved=0CH0QhBwwDg&iact=rc&dur=502&page=1&start=0&ndsp=22
