Looks like another carrot to me. They have been promising around since 9-11 and what is the result sofar? Some airdefence radars. Some outdated choppers and for the rest…? We have seen Arrow going to India. We have seen F16 or other planes offered to India. We hear still about not requested outdated F16’s… Mr Powell is just there to move musharraf to kill Al qaida forces and without disturbing his electorate. This membership is just used to keep Musharraf in position and forcing him to eradicate Al Qaida. I do agree with removing terroristic organisations but I get tired of the way. It sounds like promising a hooker a nice dress but all they do after a good party is kicking in the …

I hope that Pakitan moves towards small and well equiped then huge and bad equiped forces. (Swedish style). These days the forces eat up a lot of cash. THey should use the labour force in the commercial part.

J10 was PS and J10 would never become more then a paper fighter. The reality is that LCA is a never ending development and Arjun or other missile projects are dead. It sounds like wishing others a bad time and you will get is more trouble while others will have happy time. But I have to add that I do admire India. Maybe there are two religions dividing them thanks to the Brittish management quality but I do believe in working together. There is no second option.

It is not sarcasm but unfortunately the reality. I do find it funny that some people tend to forget that there is allways another side. I am not against any party but just here to show that some must understand that their story is not much better. One of the most funny things I ever read was about Dr Khan. You can see it on Pakdef. He is in the limelight these days about nuclear shipments. Well just read his comment that he made a few years ago…

    >>> Khan says Western governments repeatedly tried to prevent Pakistan from developing a nuclear weapon capability, but they were foiled by the greed of their own companies: “Many suppliers approached us with the details of the machinery and with figures and numbers of instruments and materials … In the true sense of the word, they begged us to purchase their goods. And for the first time the truth of the saying, They will sell their mother for money,’ dawned on me. We purchased whatever we required…”

Now they do anything to paint him black. Reminds me what happened to their own father of their mass destructive weapon… He got the electric chair just like his wife. It shows that logic is far from human kind.

They did that in the past. It isn’t as dumb as getting soyabeans when you paid to get F16’s. So… US style is even more funnier.

Getting thermal immages is not that difficult. Just visit western airforce bases and one can make a lot of these… And there are more oppertunitues to do that. The problem of getting the knowledge of fabrication. Same goes the other way. And China is probably busy with next geration just like US.

I just want to add that I love India… 🙂 But for the rest….

I fully agree with Bhanhaus. Just get over the nationalistic part cause it is all about planes. Not hindu or muslim. Not even the ID on the planes.

What is your idea? trying to flame in Pakistnai topics to get them erased? Well… The topics do grow more and the light is directed on PAF. Just understand that both airforces have lot in common. And there is no superiotiy complex more then any other airforce.

Why do you bite on that? Do you actually need evidence? The truth is that not much PAF planes were shot down and enemies were bomb loaded planes. No need to react so hostile when some feel happy when downed something.

But the are not many here that can imagine that it wasn’t that easy… It is not just finding an enemy with overwhelming force and tech and shooting it down with BVR… PAF had only canon and AIM9… And they had to go to mountainous area with jamming and now idea what to find. I see that as an achievement. You do not so stay happy and stop being ignorant.
