Interesting pictures posted over at sinodefence.
There are no markings or distinguishing features to ID this as being Chinese, but from it second picture, its clear that this design has progressed a very long way. And I have not seen a design like it from any of the other major powers, which leaves only China.
IIRC…. that is a Boeing? NASA? program…..

The was some confusion about what is the ASCM with th ‘X’ fins and ‘+’ fins. Now it seem the ‘X’ fins one is a the C-705 (YJ-75?) and ‘+’ fins is the YJ-62 (C-602)

Both planes shot down….
No one is blaming the Indian RADARs. AFAIK the RADARs worked fine. Gave adequate warning to cut power to parts of Colombo and activate the Air-Defense systems. You can call this the 1st success for the ground base defenses.
