Did they change the vertical stabs?
Changes to the vertical stabs, intake, canopy and many more.
I remember when SOC, HarryB, Frankw, Arthur (and one or two others) used to bring down the hammer hard on ‘disruptive members’. Things were by no means perfect. There were accusation of bias but still there was a semblance of law and order and the forum fuctioned well with sub sections for Land, Sea and munitions. Baaring few hiccups, it was a good place for discusstions, news, pics, etc Then the WebMaster removed the ground forces forum stating it was outside of Keypublishing scope. Very sadly, Harry passed away and one by one the moderators seem to have left. Can’t blame them since the moderators were volunteers.
Keypublishing is a professional outfit and they should NOT depend on volunteer moderators (who are also forum memebers). WebMaster should have multiple moderators on call for especially in the ‘Modern Military Aviation’. Otherwise this place will become more and more unreadable.
Keypublishing forum is not just ‘some’ forum. They publish among many others ‘AirForces Monthly’ (one of the very first defense magazines I’ve ever owned). I am surprised how Keypublishing does not take a much stricter approach when it come this forum. You are professional publication.

The Pakistani F-16 was hit by a R-73 missile, according to media sources. Pakistani F-16’s should have on board jammers to jam incoming missiles. Any reason why it failed to jam the R -73?
R-73 is IR guided. Maybe the F-16 pilot failed to deploy flares (for whatever reason) or the flares were ineffective.
JF-17 kill? 😉
JF-17 most likely took out the MiG-21 BiSON (Probably with a PL-5II). Question is, what happened to the F-16. Did the MiG-21 BiSON take out the F-16 before it was hit?

According to that, a JF-17 is followed by an F-16. EDIT: prior to the explosion.
How are J-10C and the lastest version of F-16 compare?

The most advanced version of the F-16 is the Block 60. It has the ‘Falcon Edge’ Integrated Electronic Warfare System. J-10C has an AESA, IRST but we do not know what EW system the J-10C has. If the J-10C has systems similar to the J-16 then you can call it roughly on par with the Block 60. Specifics of the EW systems in the J-20, J-16 and J-10C are not known by outsiders other than that those three fighters are top of the line in the PLAAF.
