Does the FC-31 have a future or is it still a company funded demonstrator looking for a launch customer ?

Don’t think there is any official word at least for us outsiders. But rumor-wise FC-31 may have beaten out the competition from CAC to get the contract for a carrier based fighter for the PLAN. Possible designation of J-35.

so J-10B never did have AESA after all as desperately claimed by a lot of people.Looks like C and the rest are gonna have one.

J-10B was slated to have AESA but they faced problems and some stop-gap PESA solutions was used. So there was some confusion over that. J-10C had AESA from day one – blurry image. J-10B should get upgraded to AESA.
