Exactly how many B777 and how many B747 frames did Hainan order?
The fastest civil turboprop now in production seems to be Piaggio Avanti. Maximum speed said to be 732 km/h, cruise speed 593 km/h.
A400 cruise speed is supposed to be 780 km/h (Mach 0,68…0,72)
Tu-114 has maximum speed of 870 km/h and cruise speed 770 km/h.
Tu-114 is loud. But how loud is A400?
the big Netjets retrenchment?
Which one?
Netjets had a big retrenchment back in 2009.
Biggest ever private jet order!
Bombardier sold, in a single order, 120 Global frames worth US$ 6 700 millions to Netjets. 50 firm, including 30 Global 5000 to be delivered in 4th quarter of 2012, and 20 Global 7000 and 8000 to be delivered from 2017, and 70 options.
PW1524 keeps exceeding expectations, additional ground tests were completed over and above plans:

The engine shall fly on 747SP in the middle of the year.
Certified!
What we missed is that Superjet is certified:

Firm order
Cannot see why the TSH order was not mentioned in this forum as LOI. It is firm now:

ARJ21 or C919?
Ryanair wants to buy!
What suits Ryanair route structure better – Sukhoi Superjet or Tu-204?
Syrianair is, I think, pursuing the best option open to both the them and the Iranians in talking to the Russians. IMO I would not rule out the possibility that the Chinese will be able to offer alternative engine options for their jetliners in the future. In fact I wouldn’t rule out anything concerning China and its aerospace industry
Future, yes. But not imminently. Whereas Russian engines now exist.
Perhaps the new Chinese jets may be the way forward?
No. ARJ-21 carries GE engines.
very prettyful jet. but doesn’t this, MS-21 and An-148/58 all after the same regional airliner market? tough
Not MS-21.
Superjet 100-95 was evacuated with 98 seats. And the MTOW is slightly over 49 tons, for the heaviest version. Whereas the smallest MS-21, MS-21-200, has MTOW of 67,6 tons and 162 seats in densely packed layout. MS-21 is competing with mainline narrowbodies like B737 and A320, not with regional jets.
When in the next month is Superjet due to be delivered?
Two non-SM 204 to be delivered in 2011!

I believe that Il-96 version that could be flown by pilots was delivered some time ago. Does it mean that Tu-204 non-SM has the only flight engineer seats in production?
Flown!

Tupolev shall need 3 prototypes for testing.
