Rob brought his new stead to Combined Ops 2011 at Headcorn over the weekend -Stearman G-NZSS
Anna Walkers Bucker Jungmann does not have a Swastika on the tail. The aircraft is in a civilian blue/siver grey scheme with no military markings of any type.

It was certainly fitted with a diesel burner for effect for several years by the museum. It was never used in the operation crossbow film all V1s used being replicas. Axel Kuncze & his team at Auktionshaus fur historic Technik will restore the engine to running condition as part of the restoration if anybody wishes to sponsor the work.
The Fi103 R-4 is now due back during 2011 we would be open to proposals to display it at selected shows
The Lashenden Air Warfare Museum’s Fieseler Fi103 R-4 is at present in Germany being restored to the condition it was in in 1945 when displayed at Farnbourgh. It will then be displayed in the Deutsches Technikmuseum in Berlin for 12 months before returning to Headcorn fr isplay.

The best place to display the remains of the arcraft is at the Lashenden Air Warfare Museum at Headcorn Kent. We already have the Rolls Royce Merlin XII & the prop boss on display as part of the Andrew Cresswell collection along with a fitting tribute to John Gilders.
We would be only to pleased to give the remains an appropriate home.
The rest of his Meteor IV VT185 is in store at the Lashenden Air Warfare Museum at Headcorn Kent following 2 recoveries at the crash site.

As regards aircraft we will have to wait & see what the weather does. An open invitation has been made to all owners of vintage & Veteran aircraft & Warbirds to attend. Rob Davies has been involved with the publicity photos with his P51. There are over 300 vehicles booked in at present & 25 living history groups & the Lashenden Air Warfare Museum will be open from 10am on both days.
