No way! After endless repeats on BBC a series I once found quite amusing became dull and tedious and predictable – that idiot running round yelling “don’t panic” and that line “you stupid boy” uttered in every episode, not to forget “we’re all doomed” being another one which cropped up too much. The programme should have been laid to rest decades ago, and a film should be consigned to the dustbin. There are far better TV series which have never been repeated, let alone made into a film.
The appalling choice of pasta ready meals in my local Sainsburys! Before they “improved” the store they used to have a range of pastas that I liked – beef lasagne, beef cannelloni, spinach and ricotta cannelloni and spaghetti bolognese. Now out of that lot they only stock beef lasagne, so if I want any other type of pasta I have to go to Marks and Spencer or Morrisons (both bus rides away from where I live). The appalling range of goods in Scarborough shops is a constant source of anger to me!

A peacock butterfly photographed in Nieuwpoort, Belgium.

Not a great photo, but I had to take it quickly before he got off the bike. This is in Zeebrugge, Belgium.
As I live in a flat, I have to say noisy neighbours who yell and swear and play their loud music all day and into the early hours of the morning. We are plagued by that round here, with landlords who do nothing about problem tenants when you complain to them.
This was my 1st visit to LCY London City Airport on Mon 27th Jan 2014.. and won’t be my last.
Your topic title says 27th July 🙂
Great photos! LCY is a brilliant airport, though I haven’t flown from there since 2007. There is a bigger variety of aircraft now there than when I last flew from there.
Having Norovirus for the second time in less than 12 months and not being able to have any of the roast pork and crispy crackling we bought for dinner today.
He was great in ‘Ghostbusters’, that is the only thing I knew him from. I think he was the best character in ‘Ghostbusters’.
Thanks! My new PC is Windows 8.1 64 bit (I too had XP wiped out by a massive crash and used Linux instead for a while!) I will have to remember the tip about not installing to the default location. I always liked the look of FS2004 but with 2002 running like a dream on my old computer I never got round to getting the next release of FS.
Pop this into that well known search engine and read the results. flight sim on windows 8.
I have, and it returns mixed results. I was wanting to know if anyone on here had any experience of running Fs on 8.
I got the Viz annual, jewellery, Waterstones gift card and ‘Icons of Flight’ DVD box set.

I LOVE OUR Country, it’s just the Pillocks that run it, that has ruined it.As to Why?, 4 Seasons, Beautiful Countryside, and a History, that no other Country can even begin to match.
