Great photos! Love OO-DWF 😀 😀
With the euro lottery at 66 million pounds.
What would be your……
first purches……..
biggest self indulgence……..
most important gift…….
First purchase – a house in Brugge (not a holiday home but a place to live all the time).
Biggest self indulgence – have a big holiday flying off to visit countries I would love to see but can’t afford to visit.
Most important gift – buy something really good for my Mum

I say good luck to him. I was fascinated to read his story in the newspaper and I hope he makes a success of this.
Great shots! That’s the first time I’ve noticed a name on a Jet2 aircraft.
And my claim to being unique is that one of the characters in HMS Pinafore (First Lord of the Admiralty Sir Joesph Porter) is based on one of my relatives (W.H. Smith who was First Lord of the Admiralty under Disreali and also is famous for being a newsagent and bookseller!)

A friend of mine once flew on a Northwest DC10 and he hated it. He said the inflight entertainment system wasn’t working, and he much preferred his return flight in a 747. That’s all I can say. but I always remember him saying about the DC10.
Nice to see a TriStar 😀 I’m hoping to see one in Brussels when I go next time. I have one on video but I’m hoping for a photo next time.
Yes, I did.
I was filling in the online form for the book of condolence http://www.london.gov.uk/
Thanks for posting that link, I had been looking to sign a book of condolence but we don’t have any available here.
I made a mental note to switch on the TV for the silence so I knew when it would start and end so I could join in with it. Normally here in Scarborough the cannon is fired to mark the start and end of silences but it wasn’t yesterday. It was moving to see all those people standing like that.

I remember seeing a massive moon a few years ago when I was out with the dog. Don’t remember the year, but it was definitely before 1992.

Very nice! Does anyone know any more about the white ATR42?
Welcome to the forums. I have had strange looks from people when they realise that I am aviation-mad, probably because I am female 😀
