The behaviour standards of many British teenagers (I say “many” and not “all”) does leave alot to be desired. It is all down to the human rights brigade who say that children must never be disciplined, criminals must be treated with kid gloves and victims of crime must be punished if they dare to defend themselves. When you read descriptions of muggers and robbers they are almost always described as wearing hooded tops, or baseball caps or woolly hats.

The standards of behaviour among the young people on the Continent is usually better than it is here, from what I have seen. Walking about in Brugge at night is alot safer than walking here in Scarborough, and that is with all the strong beer available in Brugge.

It said that the problem was caught in the evry early stages, so treatment should be effective I would think. Hope she makes a full recovery.
