That is absolutely superb, and would add a bit of extra challenge for flying to and from London City than the default scenery does.

That is a beautiful model! I love the CRJ, both in reality and in flight sim. I have several in my collection – Delta, two from Iberia, one from Lufthansa and one of Lauda and they are superb to fly! I think the FS ones I have have all the responsiveness of a military type, they are extremely sensitive on the controls and you have to be extremely gentle when flying them, but they can climb like nothing else I have flown 😀

    Thanks for the comments 😀

Deano – this aircraft is a thoroughbred, she made a superb touchdown 😀 Now my Dash 8 would not have been so obedient :diablo: That is the only aircraft in my collection which will “fight” you on the approach!

I am now looking for another livery for the 737 because I have one in the Go scheme and the other one is just a blank base package.

I said that the viewing area with the mesh fence is bad for video, not still photography. Some of the photos I took on here were taken from the spectators area. The problem here starts when you are video-ing an aircraft from the terminal to take off. You need to move around alot to keep the aircraft in the frame, and keep having to adjust focus to blur out the mesh of the fence if you want to get the aircraft in the centre of the film. If I could transfer my VHS video to the computer I could show you what I meant because I had that problem back in July 2000 when I was making a video of a Sabena 737 from the terminal to its take off.

By the way the photos were taken on 8th June, but I had some problems with the uploading and so was only able to put them on now.

    And thanks for the comments.

    1. Star Alliance ERJ145 of bmi.

    2. Dash 8 with a tartan World Tail. This livery looks superb on the ERJ, but you see them more at BHX.

    3. US Airways A330.

    4. View from the cafe.

    5. View from the spotting enclosure.

    6. The viewing area. That mesh is a nightmare for people like me who like to follow an individual aircraft on video camera.

    7. The nose of OO-VLQ in VLM’s new livery.

Comet, “our” side are supposed to have risen above that kind of behaviour some time ago.

That doesn’t answer my question. Why all the uproar about a terrorist getting it in the head, but not so much condemnation for the murder of innocent hostages whose beheadings have been captured on video and shown on tv?

I’m not a believer in this “rising above the terrorist” bullsh*t anyway. The only language a terrorist understands is violence, you cannot negotiate with scum, you have to get rid of them.

Amnesty bloody International are at it again 😡 😡

Recent reports from Falluja raise serious concerns that grave violations of the laws of war protecting both civilians and combatants who are no longer taking part in hostilities (hors de combat) are taking place. According to the US television network NBC, US Marines left five wounded Iraqi men in a mosque after a battle. The next day, last Saturday, another group of Marines entered the mosque, and an NBC reporter saw one Marine shoot in the head, one of the wounded Iraqi men who was lying on the ground, with no visible weapons near him. The fate of the four other Iraqis is unclear.

Never any mention of those poor people who have been taken hostage and murdered, like Margaret Hassan. No, this is typical terrorist-loving Amnesty International garbage in that all their support, as usual, is for the terrorist insurgents. It was the same after 9/11 – token condemnation of the attacks, and then they devoted all thgeir energies into campaigning for the rights of al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden. The sooner that odious organisation is removed from the surface of the planet the better.
