    i had doubt indian court give permission to scrap it in india althogh deal is clear by govermeant but court had own vision and this ship is had heap load of bad scrap.

    india is suficent steell making knowlege we dont want any scrap for that.india making own steel for this purpose order already filled for that.

    So we are buying a sub which neither of manufactering nations being France and Spain are buying themselves.

    Anyway it is more like commercial-political-bribed deal then necesssarily the best military-price-tech deal. But then nothing wrong in that also, I suppose

    not possiable because active press in india and it is more country to country deal than company to force.

    INdia bargain hard :p

    Let me tell you that most of such articles that paint a pathetic picture of indegenous weaponry are financed by arms lobbyists for foreign products who bribe the editor/journalists.

    In India the lobby commission is between minimum 5% to 12% of the entire deal; if its a 1 billion $ deal these middlemen lobbyists get 50 million $ 😮 😮

    helos is here to stay because of long range ATGM like Lahat which has the range of 13 km from helos far from the range of tank.

    one helos is already fitted with Lahat that is Dhruv Alh from india . 🙂

    IMHO, the 007 wasn’t absolutely clear and could have used some surveillance equipment mixed with a civil airliner but Russkies were clearly overreacting, too much innocent blood has been shed..

    how can you say that ther is few sur.eqip. on baord may there is full load of that. but my view that no body told the full reality.

    there is always two side coin 🙁

    but in tussle innocent civilan lost there life.

    french already burn their hand in one deal with india. if they help pakistan by selling a/c than it did not help french in case of a/c purchase by india.i has doubt that franch could sell any thing related to mirage 2000 to pakistan after they after all their are still in contest for125 a/c of india.

    and for rafale offer i think pak would have to divert all his defnce budget to for it. 🙂
