I remember the PDF formating with the Concorde during the airshow at la Ferte alais, somewhere in the 80ties. Guess it was 1986 or 19867. Weather was bad. I’ll guess

The post was hit over 4000 times, so my guess is that many of us have downloaded the pics anyway. I don’t think that the arguments, given by a person who don’t want to give his name, nor the names of those in whose name he is talking, are very plausible. I don’t see any reason why these pics should be hidden. What are they showing? Just metal and paintjobs, no persons, no military secrets. How can anybody be hurt by this, I don’t know. What’s the obtion, when they are not alloweed to be published. Bury them, just like the lost aircrews, and forget them forever. By showing the pics, you keep the memories of this period, the people, the aircraft, the operations, alive.

So, comimng back to my first lines, what should happen if I repost a pic, then somebody else repost another one, followed by somebody else untill they are all be back? Will they be removed by the webmaster? I don’t know and I am starting to get fed up with the arguments given to keep them from public view. To me it looks like the find of the photo’s was one of the biggest scoops there ever was on tis forum, with the result we have now. BW Roger
