There are some great mums out there!

wish mine was great haha, saw two dragon rapides going over east harlow quite low so going to north weald. The never go over us due to stanstead so it made a nice suprise we only get the air ambulance and police.

Good job i was outside 🙂

I had quite a few doccuments sent to me and contacts etc but i fear the internet folder went.

Tho i do keep some things backed up as a hard copy if you need anything i can check.

Im fully behind you phillip.

I to was increadbly concered when north weald faced the axe but the futures looking bright. Not so bright for hunsdon tho!

You want to help and save the airfield but you just dont know what to do or how to do it. Its a hard thing battling with developers as they have such force. Hopefully with the economic downturn they might reconsidern development.

If theres anything i can do, do let me know

The Fuel guage sounds interesting, only problem now that Matt has hijacked our thread, I suppose we will both be after it!!!
We would be very interested if it is available, but will also understand if you were to offer it to Matt.

No one did answer….ok well i two have just been given a link trainer pannel as well as XM692’s one so alot of work to be done 😀

So does anyone have any drawings or details about a link trainer pannel?

Or the trainer its self….could be a nice build project 😉

The image could be from anywhere but they pic in that link shows the aircraft in the same sort of attitude with u/c down

Sundays at about 11-4ish im not to sure on the time but i drop in about 2 and theres always someone there.

Now the members of there group take it in turns so its a matter of luck, i have the email of the chairman if you want me to PM you and he will be able to give you a better answer.

Is my Blue RAF bicycle still in the museum? I must admit to not having dropped in for a number of years. If they are interested, I have another relevant aircraft exhibit they may wish to display. Send me a pm/e-mail for details.

I did see a bicycle, weather it was blue i dont know.

I have good links with the chairman and he said they have soo much stuff that they are only taking things that are revelant to north weald at the moment.

Tho there are having a display change soon so depening on what it is you might be in with a shot.

Im sure this could be done, you wouldnt be running it for too long and at high speeds/revs. And you would have some form of prop so you would get some cooling

So if the P-40 has been temporarily moved to another hangar, is something going on in the usual hangar that needs extra space?
