With modern engines you can change the power output by making external changes to the engine (though not the actual capacity) this can help with some of the more recent licence restriction issues.
However with a machine of the vintage of a C15 there are no such options available and certainly ‘limiting’ the capacity just isn’t an option I’m afraid, that’s just down to the mechanics of the engine. The only way you ‘might’ achieve the 125cc capacity is to fit a different engine. Now I’m working at the very limits of my memory here but wasn’t the BSA Bantam originally a 125cc engine? I’m not sure how mechanically feasible or financially cost effective it would be to find and fit such an engine, but I don’t see any other option.

Here is what appears to be the just the opposite a rather long take off run, ending with quite a dust cloud!
Excellent pictures, all pin sharp as well as interesting subjects, can I ask what what camera you use?
I understand there is an aviation paint shop at NWI which draws some of the interesting aircraft there.
If the application is successful then the answer is given within in seconds and you’re given a reference number to use on you’re travels.
We’ve applied for several in our family both free and now charged for, only feature that was different was the extra page for payment (which is by credit card only)
There are print options for the reference number and the receipt for the payment transaction.
Damn! Just missed the deadline, applied online afternoon of 8th and the payment system had already been turned on!
