    I think this is probably a dig at EUJet’s Manchester-Manston route.

    I think some have PTVs, others are still to be updated?

    That’s what I also thought. Their website isn’t exactly helpful.

    I think MAN is trying to get alliance groupings in the same terminal (Star – T1; Sky Team – T2; Oneworld – T3).

    For the Northwest 747Fs (flight number NW923 seems to be sticking in my mind), we’re talking more 1979-1981ish; Air Europe was formed in 1978.

    I think the AE must be early 80s as I’m not sure whether the satellite pier (pier C) was opened until the very late 70s or even the early 80s. No idea about the Eastern, but excellent photos nonetheless.

    Yeah independence air livery is one of the smartest around!

    I agree. I hope load factors improve as I think they could become a force in the domestic market.
