    The F-2’s avionics capability is almost certainly an order of magnitude better than the JH-7’s. I do believe that its offensive capability and survivability is much higher, with its AESA radar and other EW components. However, as for bang-for-the-buck…. considering that the F-2 costs 3 times as much as a Blk 52… I dont think the F-2 will match the JH-7…

    i wouldnt like my chances in a F16A against SA10s, with those big a$$ CFTs, i would fance my chances even less inthe blk60.

    the blk 60 is designed to kill the enemy before he can shoot at u, not to dogfight with SAMs.

    The Blk 60 doesn’t dogfight with SAMs. The Blk 60’s ability to handle the SA-10s come from their EW suite, said to be one of the most technologically advanced suite ever exported. It caused a ruckus as it was said to be even more capable than what eqipment was then fielded by the USAF.
