btw the po2 was restored and flown in newzealand why did it need to be restored again?
Flown yes, restored would be pushing things a bit too far.

Speed was “slow” I cant remember off the top of my head but it was about 1/80th. ISO was 800 and it was underexposed so it was quite dark. There are Bleriot shots on the Blog. Just follow the link.
Thanks all, it was a case of right time right place I think. The Sea Vixen display is quite possibly the best single display I have seen this year.
RIAT Blog Part 2 – Tigers and Hogs

The subjects this time are the A-10 display, (and what went wrong) and the Tiger Meet.
Here is a small sample of the pictures.

There was another one called the Campania. All 3 were converted while under construction as refrigerated cargo ships.
It had open Hangar Decks, that must have been fun in the Arctic.

Excellent memories. The SHAR you have at Duxford (3rd from bottom) isnt. Its a GR7 in ARTF for ops over Bosnia (or some such bad lands).
Got any more?
I only noticed the difference between the intakes on the P.1127s when I was editing the shots.
Its just another.web page to the reader.
