A Cessna 152 pilot renewed his DA at Old Warden earlier this year so I think its more than likely.
An interesting display from what I saw of it.
It was a cracking display.

Very Droll Janie, very Droll 😀
I personally dont want to know what’ll be there. I want to be surprised if/when I get in.
If IWM dont make a comment regarding the parking fiasco beforehand however I probably wont be going.
It is indeed a cracking restoration. Cant wait to see it.
Cracking stuff Mossie, welcome to the forum

It was indeed being flown by Philip, he and his brother popped in dressed in period costume as usual. Nice chap.

It was worth it in the end. I’d be interested to know how many people diverted from Dux to OW.
Nice shots. did you meet up with the rest of the gang?
Cracking shots chaps, both Tornado shots are stunning.
That was quick Darren, cracking shots mate.
I’m sure our arms-race 10D formation lens weilding team wouldn’t want mere humans to stop posting pics!
I am in total agreement here, keep em coming chaps. They arent a bad as you are making out.
And anyway its not the size of your lens its what you do with it 😀
I guess that if you display warbirds at Airshows then having your picture taken by many thousands of people is part of the job.
The Boundary gets crossed when your photo gets taken away from an airfield when you are carrying out your own private business. Thankfully Pilots arent Celeb enough to get papped 😀 (but dont tell em that!!!)

Nice idea, however when I last saw her she was a bare shell in storage in the TFC hangar at DUX. However I’ve not seen her for a while, this may mean that restoration has started. If so I think she’ll be a few years away yet.
