    Interesting and hopeful news about Miss D. On another site there is a post saying that she is a write off and has been assessed as such.

    Off such stuff legends are made, I hope that Dan is right on this one as I for one will miss that colour scheme.

    The Old Warden one is in similar colours to this one. However I’m not sure they would let it travel that far as its non radio.

    If you are wot you say you are (and I have no reason to doubt you) then you know better than I that this is not the place to pass comment about what rules were or were not infringed at an air display. There are proper channels for doing this. Quoting CAP403, whilst informative and accurate doesnt actually make the post any less…well …pompous (sorry!!)

    That said I do apologise for being somewhat grumpy this evening. I have had a bad day and I let it show on my posting on the forum. Unforgivable.

    I DO like information to be accurate, as opposed to a complete load of misinformed plane spotters hearsay!

    You REALLY dont want to go near UKAR then (Incoming lads!! 😀 )

    and I think if the Flying Display Director at Southend had known the Cat had extra people on board, he would have stopped their display.

    Another thread ruined. How about asking Plane Sailing what the minimum crew is before making the display directors job for him.
