You’re surname may be Welsh but that doesnt make you Welsh I’m afraid. Try getting a UK passport “because I have a Welsh surname and I can trace my back to sixteenhundredandfrozentodeath”. Nope you just need to be Ethnic Albanian to qualify these days.
