    How abour a similar scheme to the Sea Vixen, we could then have a synchro display type thing at airshows…oh no Mike you are right, far better to scrap the thing than paint her in non authentic colours, after all we have all seen the photos of the white with red striped P-38’s in combat over Italy havent we 😀

    It was a cracking evening, thanks to all concerned.

    Imagine the scene, an aerial photo opf RAF Mildenhall in the 1930’s taken from about 2000ft Several lines of Biplanes parked on the field and Andy In Beds peering at the screen to not only identify which type is in each line but whether or not they had rounded wingtips or not.

    Not that he was being obsessed or anything like that 🙂

    I have just realised there wasnt a single slide of a P-51!!!!!!!

    You are playing the worlds tallest Santa being dragged (as is usually the case) through the town centre on a Sleigh(with hidden wheels – towed by a ratty old Land Rover) to the sound of really bad Christmas Music on a really bad Portable Stereo?     Oh and what the hell are Leeks all about, in Engerland (Engerland Engerland Engerlaaaaa-aand)we go so Ann Summers for that kind of thing (allegedly).

    Spose its not that bad a place, one of its National Parks is named after a Lord after all, and they do have a Prince. Still dont understand whay you have to Pay to get in over the Severn though.

    Do the Welsh still play? I understand they put a team out at the weekend but I’m not sure which game they thought they were playing?

    Anyway back on topic, there is an online welsh language course here not sure how much help that would be though. You may also want to do a google on Max Boyce a well know Welsh cultural Ambassador.
