Hawker 125
Hi there,
I have read your post and hope to contribute some knowledge. I am the sales manager for Allaero and can confirm that we nolonger own ZF130 – the last I heard about the airframe is that it is now in club (I don’t know which one) in Camden.
The cockpit of G-ARYA is barely a cockpit as it has been cut from just behind the cockpit seats. However, the former Bistol Sidderly airframe G-AYRC (25103) is complete and an excellent example.
Access to Hawker’s in the UK is rare due to the limited airframes that are available. I would also suggest contacting AeroVenture at Doncaster, they have the cockpit section of G-BOCB (25106).
In the early 90’s we parted out G-OHEA (25144) at Cranfield. The airframe is still largely complete and used by the fire service at Cranfield. There is also an airframe at Dunsfold in Surrey. The only other source of airframe is at Cosford where a number of Dominie’s are still used as test airframes fo
Failing that (and considering your tight time restraints) I would suggest waiting until the Farnborough Airshow inext year. Hawker Beechcraft usually submit a current Hawker, which, if you ask nicely the sale representative should let you in!!
