Some good pictures there Paul. Don’t worry about the weather, it hadn’t cleared up by the time i arrived on Wednesday either.
I wondered who DJ was leaving me that message – All makes sense now 😀
That Up Munster B738 took me from BRS-DUB and home again yesterday
I hope they are up to the high standard already set!
They are fantastic pictures
I look forward to seeing more pictures from you in near future
Adam
Dependent on the success of this route, services to New York are due to begin later in 2007, and Milan in 2008
Is New York really a possibility? and especially from Liverpool?
There just isn’t enough demand for a LPL – JFK alone – Only with passengers that would transit through the hub for onward destinations.
Flyglobespan didn’t/don’t have a NY hub and I am guessing neither will this new airline. Only the likes of Delta, AA & Continental will be successful at these sorts of routes (UK regional airports – NY)

Cheers Paul,
Which B did you mean, Bed or Bradford… 😀 :p 😀
I think it was probably BEER DRINKING ESTABLISHMENT!!! Although, possibly a conflict of interest 😀
Good work Sam! Where were all the T7’s! Cant believe you havent posted one! Are you feeling alright?
Adam
The Flyjet 757 is a cool picture!!!

Lance
Even without the sun you have still managed to make these pictures work.
Excellent 🙂
Adam
Gents, big thank you for all your kind comments.
Excellent shots.
What time was the Cyprus Airways shots taken at? Was this the 7:55am arrival? If so, my dad was on this flight.
According to the EXIF data it was taken at 0748 😀
If you want a copy of the picture or any other of the Cyprus A330, just give me a shout

Kenny
I like the Emirates image especially – Your picture really shows the true length of the beauty.
Keep up the good work
Adam
A good selection there Joni.
Would your favourite by any chance be the Air Berlin B737? 🙂
Adam
I don’t know what more to say really, but they’re dropping LPL-NOC-JFK. Poor loads (shocking!) and operational difficulties (understatement of the year) are cited.
I would be lying if I said that surprised me! I think it wasn’t just their loads that were shocking but the way they dealt with the whole situation. FlygGlobespan really did
One reason it didn’t work was because their just isn’t enough demand for just a LPL – JFK route – COA make it work from various airports around the UK because of their well structured hub at Newark. Alot of COA passengers fly to NY only to transit onwards. Obviously FlyGlobespan didn’t have this facility.
Tut Tut and people are always so quick to ‘slag’ off Ryanair.

PS Can anyone inform me of the current transatlantic route that GSM are operating a B737 on? Is it GLA-BOS?
Si
Glad to see some of your shots once again.
A real good selection there it certainly was worth the wait. As for the Bristol collection – real crisp, sharp & perfectly balanced, with the added bonus of a nice looking Air Europa B738 with winglets.
I shall no doubt see you at BRS early next Wednesday morning 😀
I’ll be in touch
Adam
Got it!
Many Thanks for your help Adam & Ian
Adam
It was perfectly on time actually, and I was well stocked up on red wine after an hour and a half in the Air France lounge before boarding, as you know! 🙂
Paul
So that was you with the drunken texts :p
All makes sense now
Adam
Myrtle is the best place at that time of day for 27L if your on foot as the sun will be behind you
Myrtle is where i shall be then 🙂
The next problem is where am i going to park the car? Any suggestions?
Many Thanks
Adam
Great shots, love the Air Berlin and Air Transit. Was security tight at Glasgow? Am surprised they allowed you to take photos considering the recent events etc.
Cheers
The police aren’t likely to have a problem with people taking photographs of planes – Providing you aren’t causing an obstruction or lets say….. Obstructing a crash gate
They will and should take comfort in the ever growing hobby – We effectively are their eyes and ears. The police need us as much as we need them
