Any chance of an explanation into the events and what happened exactly?

Did you take the photo yourself?

The first Air Berlin shot is my pick of the bunch. I love that angle!

    I’d agree with PMN.

The Air Berlin has a great livery and you’ve caught the aircraft from the best angle & most importantly, you’ve included the winglets 😉

    Good Man!

(A6-EME) – You must have very good eyesight to work the registration out from that height 😉

Were you using the middle focus point, or were you letting the camera choose the focus point?

I think you’ve just reminded me! There was a hut to the right of the picture and i had to keep moving and refocusing the camera so the fence & hut wouldnt get in the way. I guess i must have focused on the aircraft and then waited for it to move into position without refocusing.

But that’s just my opinion, of course. 🙂

Of course! Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I always welcome everyones thoughts and opinions regardless.

Having said that, the overall quality of these bright, sharp shots is high although the first A319 shot does seem a little soft, especially around the tail.

Were you using a wide aperture for this shot, Adam?

    F8.0

I spoke with PMN as I had also spotted this. I can’t seem to amend it either. I guess it is just another excuse to venture back to BRS 😀

Considering you were using a ‘point & shoot’ camera these pictures aren’t that bad. You’ve got some good pictures from some good angles (I like the TOM 757 climbing).

With a little bit of photo editing it is amazing how you can transform an image. Keep up the good work! Just practice & experiment

By the way I know people sometimes are very much against aviation photographers invading their space but there was no need for the guy seated at row 5 of the Thomas Cook 753 to make that gesture at you;)

Haha i never noticed that before. Thank you for pointing that out to me 🙂

    I like how Aer Lingus have registered their A330’s EI-DUB & EI-LAX.
Have they registered any other of their aircraft with destinations they serve?

    E.g EI-JFK or EI-BOS
