    Hi
I sold it in 1996 at a London classic car auction, but since then the business had a fire and the paperwork is lost, i have tried before to find it but no luck, i do think it is still in storage lets hope someone knows.

    Missing Sea Turbulent

Hi Thanks for the info, but as you can see there is no new owner, it could be locked away on the broads somewhere, Who knows? Any info appreciated.

It’s not only about money, if it was the asking price would be much higher. Its about saving what I assume to be the only part surviving, of this magnificent flying boat the largest ever built in the uk, of cause if it does not turn u on, and cannot be saved then so be it, but I would like to remind all on this blog that when it was up for sale some time ago, I was criticised for doing so from this blog for disposing of the nations heritage, need I say any more!!

Its a good job some people put there money where there mouths are, otherwise others would have nothing to talk about. The rocketeer is doing a good job and should be supported, the price for saving this important piece of our history would not cover the storage costs, I should know i saved it in the first place, its a work of art, but some people would not know it if it slapped them!
