Come on AF…you can do better than that.
If I hadn’t put a cork on the end of my tounge it would be firmly poking out through my cheek by now.

In my former employment as a trade union official I often had cause to write to managers in such a fashion that the slightest slip in their response would provide the opening required to demolish their argument.
With this in mind Dc’s contribution was an absolute masterpiece that I would have been proud of, as the slightest personal detraction, ill worded or badly thought out voice of dissent would simply go to proove his point.

I have stayed out of this thread until God had left the building because I have rarely felt so downright partronised in all my life. As Scott so rightly said this is a 1 dimensional medium and this was the first time I was in danger of loosing my rag in it. 😡

I particulary like the “Perhaps the moderators will permit me to post his contact address”.
Such a quaint humility amongst a sea of pomposity and rather amusing as you can neither email or pm the author himself.

    Nope……….. ‘Doubting Thomas IV’.
I got though all the levels, found the forty pieces of silver that someone dropped and was just about to tip off Barabas that things were looking good when that blasted cockerel crowed for the third time.
I think I’m going wrong with the walking on water bit.

Gotta go, there’s a lot of smouldering brimstone blocking my driveway.

    Got it in one Mike.
I for one always feel full of humility after getting a jolly good talking to, lets hope the webby is the same and as a result we all get the sound thrashing we obviously deserve.
Sadly I feel a little hollow, whilst I know I have been in the presence of greatness it wasn’t the life changing experience that the converted always talk about. Pehaps a little water into wine or a trick with some loaves and fishes on his next visit will enable me to see the light 😎

Hang on……the sky is clouding over………and there’s this booming voice inside my head……..it’s saying “Don’t make me come down there !” OH NO .. TOO LATE

Hmm for some reason they keep changing the link. Cut & pasted from the Colchester Evening Gazette Published Monday, May 23, 2005.

Great Bromley: Man shot in back by bowman

Police were today hunting a bowman who shot a man in the back with an arrow.

The assault took place in a narrow country lane near Great Bromley.

The victim had got out of his Transit van after finding his path blocked by another van.

On the driver’s side of the red Ford Escort van, he found a woman crouching down by the door speaking into a mobile phone. Not wanting to disturb her, the 46-year-old builder took a step back.

It was then he was hit by an arrow in the back. As he looked up he saw a man standing in a field on the other side of a gate about 20ft away holding a longbow.

The man pulled the arrow out of his back but feared the bowman was about to reload.

He rushed back into his van and reversed it along Mary Lane North towards Chase Road East.

The injured man was taken to Colchester General Hospital but released after treatment.

Det Con Bernie King said the man had been extremely lucky as he was shot just below his left shoulder and his ribcage had prevented any vital organs being damaged.

The Ford Escort van was driven off towards Parsons Hill, Great Bromley, but it is not known if both the man and the woman were in it.

Sacha Baron Cohen was brillaint as Ali G, in the beginning but the gag ran it’s course and he is seldon seen on Uk tv these days.
He was poking fun at a subculture (mainly from around the towns of Swindon, Reading and Maidenhead)

Shame because I preferred his Borat character, the inept reporter from Kazakhstan.
Chavs though are taking over 😡

Any of the defintions on the dictionary link below sound familiar Ben ?
If you are lucky enough to have escaped from this delightful element of youth culture in Belgium you can glady have all of our chavs.
Urban Scum just about sums it up.

An entertaining website devoted to their inane stupidity can be found below.
Unfortunately they (Chavs) think it is actually condoning their behavior.
