This is inexcusable behaviour for any military. I am not alone in being disappointed and ashamed at the conduct of these soliders. I still can’t believe NCOs can be that stupid, because this has brought untold damage upon the credibility of coalition forces. Some of these people are probably sexually perverted in their private lives. Their actions were sadistic and calculating.

Don’t be silly, if Hollywood does a movie on Waterloo it would be the about the Yanks defeating Wellington.

I don’t think animals realize colliding with a car = death. I think they also expect the car to stop or pull away at the last second like other animals when they run across something.

Once I was coming around a corner and I see a deer at the side of the road. Now the deer has seen me because it was looking straight at me and was holding still. There was plenty of time for it to run across, or it could wait after I drove pass. But instead it waits for my car and I swear, intentionally jumped in my way. I knocked the deer down but it struggled up and ran off on three legs. I’ve got blood over my bumper.

Who knows what was on its mind. It probably thought by holding still I didn’t see it, and ran when “the plan” failed.

It’s going to take ten whole years to build that?

Sure it does happen, male babies are left to die too. Show me a country where this doesnot occur. Poor countries with large populations simply have larger instances of this. Some families are so poor they can’t support even one child, the sex is irrelevant except boys are more likely to be adopted and less likely abandoned.

You think an economically secure family would abandon their baby girl just so they could have a boy? Get real.

The way the media protrays this problem is as if you could wave a magic wand and China would be just like Western Europe. The only way this is going to be solved is to keep up economic development and reducing overpopulation.
