From Facebook:
The Iolar returned home today after a highly successful European tour. The flight time was 11hours over two days with four stops along the way, Paderborn, Antwerp, Cambridge and Caernarfon Wales before finally touching down in Dublin shortly after 17.30.
She was on her way to Caernarfon when she went over me. heard and saw it coming from miles away, lucky me 😀
It’s EI-ABI probably heading back to Dublin.

many thanks to all. its a long ole flight then but then back in the day before jet engines and before we knew better etc. What a glorious way to travel.
on the one shot i can just make out some lettering. the – inbetween the letters has 2 letters before and 3 letters after. an E or F followed by a T or Y then A then possably G then a T or Y.
plenty going over today.. most heading to North Wales including the DH Dragon. the Merlin was this eve
anything going on that i should know about???
In my opinion where archaeology dug human remains are found that are beyond tangible history ie at least 150-200 years old then they can be regarded as artifacts.. when there may be a living relative who remembers “great Uncle Arthur” etc then the remains should be treated with far more respect especially if the life had been lost in the line of duty….
5 days may be extended but it all depends how tent crazy i get
