with the air cadet aged 14, went up in Venture T2 powered glider at Tern Hill in about 1985 and went cloud skimming for almost an hour, great fun and all over to soon.. a few days after the same glider cartwheeled in after a malfunction with the rudder during the landing phase. a few cuts n bruises for the two occupents but the glider was knackd..

took my (then) 9 year old daughter flying for the first time in a Rapide a couple of years ago, she loved it becouse it was a proper aircraft with propellers n everything lol

an Anson flew over my house several years ago. it sounded as though an old tractor was dragging a trailer with no wheels down the road, racket or wot!. the old Anson was hardly moving across the sky lol
