I know Continental was the airline to recieve the last production Boeing 757-300 but what airline will be the last to recieve the Boeing 757-200??? Will it be Continental or Xiamen Airlines who have just recieved one ot the last ones!
I will as well as Sandy miss the 757 when it does eventually become more of a rare sight! 🙁 🙁
Seems the 757-200 is getting a new lease of life! The transatlantic routes from the regionals seems to have revived
it. I bet BA are sorry they sold so many. 🙂

Funny you mention that.
MY grapevine just fed me a little snippet of info pertaining to CO’s plans to operate a second 757 service into EDI as of summer 2005. Apparently the idea is still up in the air and needs to be discussed further before any decision is made.
At any rate we all know that CO are very happy with the loads in and out of EDI.
A second EDI flight will cut down a lot of EWR layover times.

There were serious concerns over the DC10 fleet. These were the last two operational, and were similarly refused by the USA. To refuse Ghana Airways would not be in the UK’s best interest, as a new company trading as Ghana Airways is operating flights between Ghana and LGW/DUS using chartered aircraft.
That explains…the other airlines in the list must be peeved.?

Exaggeration! 😮 Our judgement has been clouded by the likes of FR selling 1p flights,
Now it seems FR want ‘backhanders’ from the UK tourist boards!
