There were lot of new on Plasma Stealth on PAK FA in the past. Is there any updates on it? Haven’t heard about it the recent days.

    Only by logic..
There are plenty of room between the top of the intake tunnel and top of the wing surface.
Well, i guess you’ll see what you wanna see.
Nothing i can do about it..

    Thanks

    Adding to this….

Also they are better designers not to forget these stuffs or might already have found a better solution.

The name must consist of two syllables.

It must also not sound like any other name….

OK – it’s only a game – but at least abide by the rules….

It must begin with the letter F

    It must have two syllables

It must be unique – and not sound like any other reporting name.

Ken – who suggests …… Future

I think I am screwed, I never liked English from a theoretical point of view and had to google what a syllable is 😮

I hope the below would be valid entries

Forgot  really, did they forget the launch date and that we are eagerly awaiting here:mad:

Just one doubt how many paper planes are competing for MMRCA?, heard that IAF has requested for an AESA. Oh I don`’t care about LSPs/TD in that, only operational ones…..Need quite a big paper weight by some standard as per what written by a poster above. And I guess the biggest paper weight of all of them is Gripen NG because is it atleast an LSP right now? I donnntt know. Is it operational; ayyo rama no no,

🙁 Was slowly turning out to be a fan of Gripen, but got really pissed off by some horror writing on this thread. I go back to my poor old Mig 35 and not so selling Rafale.

Just like what I said about F-Teens same we can say about the Mig 35 too….The Gorky deal, partial development cost of PAk-FA/FGFA, 50 Pak-FA….that should pretty fill the Russian pockets too. So who else is remaining. Just the Europeans and of that BAE has already got the HAWK deal, which leaves just the Rafale :diablo: and Gripen :dev2: (If not for the finance ministry I could have added the A330 MRRT deal too)

I am awaiting announcement of more defence deals in the days to come before the MMRCA is announced. India likes to please everyone.:D

How many of these paltforms are for offencise purpose? Is India here with some sort of reliability test for US as a supplier?

India has a habit of appeasing everyone and all these deals happening just before the MMRCA seems to indicate that its not a US fighter that is going to get selected. :diablo:

Well I am sure of one thing History of Taiwan will always be there:)

But its true that Americans would find it extremely difficult to support Taiwan in the decades to come, especially because of its economy and the growing clout of China. At some point America will have to reduce its deficits and then there would definitely be reductions in the military spendings to support operations far away from its coast.

Ok, sorry. I thought a paperplane was just a project that was early in the development and had not yet reached the goal of being built into a functional prototype. I thought of paperplane like, “blue-prints”. I think several of your comrades on this site like quadbike and me thought it meant something else.

Do you mean to say that mk2 version would be way different from that of the mk1 version, would that mean the new upgrades make mk2 say a 10 or 30 or 50 times better than mk1 and that to achieve it the amount of devlopment required is too much, making mk2 right now a paper plane? Well then definitely it is going to be atleast twice better than Gripen NG :p (I would never have dared to claim so until seeing your last few posts:eek:. )

Or please provide info on upgrade path that the ADA/IAF has suggested from mk1 to mk2 to show that none of mk1s development work goes into mk2 and its just like the Irans ghost or paper plane or what ever you call. I can do this for myself, but I would prefer you to atleast attempt it rather than typing in those unthoughtful :dev2:.
