The start of Spring saw lots of warbird activity at Duxford today.
Buchon Yellow 7 G-AWHM arrived back after winter maintenance at Sywell and was then joined on the ramp by 3 of the AAR fleet – the Hawker Fury, P.47 and P.51. After an engine run form the Fury , Contrary Mary and Nellie B then departed in formation to Sywell. Later in the day saw flights in Spitfires PL983 and PV202 plus the Sea Fury G-INVN and P.51 Miss Helen.
