I’m overdue a thanks to the continued efforts of the regular posters here. I’m sat typing this a very long way from Cambridgeshire (Sabah, formerly British North Borneo, about 50 miles into the jungle from Tawau), and it’s lovely to still keep up with the wonderful goings on at dux…
Looking forward to seeing that HAC Hurri in its BOB markings this year, 303 squadron was a superb choice!

Duxford Tuesday 21/4/15
A query was raised at Duxford today regarding an unidentified Beech 18 wearing USAAC colours and code 0-1751 in 1984. This was a Beech C-45H G-BKRG registered to Aces High who had various aircraft based at Duxford around that period. She wore numerous colour schemes for film roles including those below. I am not sure which film 0-1751 was for. Her other starring role was in the Bond Film Octopussy as VN75WB. Eventually she moved on to North Weald with Aces High but was subsequently acquired by the Aviodome in Holland/Lelystad as a static exhibit.
