    Haley
Aircraftcarrier no, Space dominance and long range Antiship missles yes.

    Playwolf, PLA
    FC-1 $10M
    J-11 $20M
    J-10 $25M

For China FC-1 is low tech and for Pakistan it is high tech due to mixing of French and South Africans.

Currently i the J-10C will be twin engine Stealth version. TVC engines were displayed a number of times. Carrier version is not a priority in near future. There is also a competition from another company.

    Thanx for the infomation.
So Payload means any thing that can be removed with compromising the structural integrity of the system. So it means 165 to 200KG cannot violate MTCR regulations.

BTW, SD-10, please check out what makes up the bulk of the PLA tank divs? IIRC, it’s mostly T-59s, which IIRC are nothing but upgd T-54s.

I think you don’t know about PLA. China can produce as many tanks in one year as India has in its entire inventory.

How about Warhead of 165 to 200Kg? There should be some criteria for Warheads.

I have read last year that India-Pakistan has 1950s era armies. There are better to fight with cheap Anti-Tank guns and shoulder fired SAMS.

This thread has become a mess. The question is can China develop a light weight FBW fighter in about 3 years time. The answer is yes.

    Just FYI. :p

China is in Space Race. It cannot waste time on re-inventing the wheel every thing. All other Nations will do the Basic research. China will do advance research on their Products.

The title of the topic is Space Race. Missle technology is the key component.
