Im sure if it goes tech they may be able to piece together a couple of aircraft from Kemble to help them out….. 🙂
Saying that. Last time I flrw on a DA 1-11 the breakfast was a spam type meat product with cheese!!!!
I’ll copy those above as I’m originally from Wednesbury but now live near Cannock.
Read this:
http://www.ct2-safrica.com/flightinformation/default.asp 😮
It says “a modern DC-10 aircraft” !!!! It was falling to bits when I flew on it with Taesa to Mexico, that was 1997 !!!!!!
Bring back the 1-11’s for the 18-30 lot and make their flights between 01-00 and 05-00 am only !!!!!!! 🙂
Great picture of the engine change on the FCA 752 now on airliners net, I’m not great at linking but the photo ID is 654504
Thomas Cook seem to be lagging behind a bit nowadays. Sounds similar to the FCA delay while I was in Arrecife, they had to bring in a whole new engine from Manchester!
The FCA 752 was there from thursday till Sunday, an Antonov did indeed fly in a complete engine.
I watched from the dirttrack by 03 as they engine tested on the Thursday, also on the sunday evening.

Hey.. I got gate 9 earlier that day on my spanking new Air Malta A320… 9H-AER, luckily for us it was one of the earlier flights out of ACE, 10-55 so wasn’t too bad, especially when they loaded the 742 to Madrid!!!!
Last time I flew DA, I got strips of Ham & cheese….
